Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a skin-contact wine from Greenstone Winery, Yarra Valley. 1 tonne handpicked, 21 days carbonic maceration, and wild ferment in barrel for 8 months—Basil and passionfruit on the nose with stone fruits and honeysuckle palate.

+Contains only minimal sulphur and is wild fermented without any other additions.
