Our ode to the Godfather of punk, Iggy Pop.

This one is best served chilled but can also be served at room temp for those chilly nights. We made this from Cabernet Sauvignon from Sutherland Estate, found in Dixons Creek, Yarra Valley, Wurundjeri Country.

1 tonne yield, handpicked whole bunch with carbonic maceration for two weeks.

A fresh take on an old classic grape that is a low alcohol, medium-bodied grip. This wine when opened has spicy aromas and is full of energy. Once decanted it gives black forest chocolate and blackberry notes.

+Contains only minimal sulphur and is wild fermented without any other additions.
